What is the loyalty program？

The loyalty program lets you earn Points You earn points by signing up, shopping(excluding third-party retailers like Amazon, eBay, etc.), or sharing referral links (Recommend friends to sign up or purchases) on our website.Your Points unlock exclusive member benefits and can be redeemed for rewards. It’s our way of saying thank you for your loyalty and showing how much we appreciate you!

Do I have to pay to join the loyalty program?

Our loyalty program is totally free and you can start earning Points right away.

Do I need to be logged into my account to earn points?

Yes.To earn points, you must be logged into your account on the website with your member account number linked. Purchases of Spider Farmer products made outside of spider-farmer.com are not eligible for Loyalty Program points.

How do I qualify for the Loyalty Program?

To join our Loyalty Program, just create an account. You must be at least 18 years old, have internet access, and provide a valid mailing address.

Can Spider Farmer change or cancel the Loyalty Program?

Yes, Spider Farmer reserves the right to cancel, modify, suspend, or restrict the Loyalty Program, including your account, point redemption, point conversion ratio, and expiration policy, at any time.

How do I earn points?

How can I earn referral points with Spider Farmer?

You can earn 100 points by referring a friend who has never purchased with Spider Farmer before. Make sure they use the referral link sent from your account and complete a qualifying first-time purchase. If these conditions are met, points will automatically be added to your account.

Can I use points to pay for my entire order?

No.You can pay 30% of order using your points.

Where can I check my points balance?

How many points do I earn per purchase?

Do points expire?
